Preparatory Task 4- Media Language

In this task, I looked into how media language elements are used to create meaning and construct representations that address and appeal to an intended audience.

I found that the music videos were created around the pace and style of the music. For a faster paced song, the cuts were quick and the content was upbeat. For a more constant beat, the video featured constant themes such as driving. I also found that both videos featured a lot of props and realistic scenery to create representation which makes it more believable.
